It has a racing track, and the only Coastal US States that I looked up that have A racing Track are California (Los Angeles International Speedway) and Florida (Palm/Daytona Beach International Speedway). Plus, Heartlake City has mountains, and the only US State that has the same description as Heartlake City is California. So Heartlake City is likely in California.

So either near the west coast (California), or the east coast (Florida).

I first got into the friends when I was 4, and I got my first ever Lego Friends set. It was a really small one, and didn't feature any of the friends, but still, lego set. As someone with autism (which is considered a disability), I'm glad there will be new lego friends!
