Barney is a trained police horse who belongs to Laura, a police officer in the mounted horse division.
He loves to eat pancakes and is very quick to take them from plates if he sees them being served.
He also tried to eat Andrea's ice cream when Emma confused their orders.
According to Laura, his favorite treat is apple pie.
