Bear in Trouble is the tenth episode of Season 1 of the LEGO Friends webisodes.
Synopsis[]
Mia and Matthew go on a smelly helicopter ride in search of a lost bear cub.
Plot (Spoilers)[]
Mia is adding pictures of rescued animals to the Jungle Rescue Base noticeboard. As she goes through each animal Tony changes color to mimic the animal. Matthew arrives at the base in the off-roader with an injured bear. He asks Mia to get a splint but Tony stops her because she knows that the bear has a mother. Once Mia realizes what Tony is trying to tell her she lets Matthew know that they will have to go back out for the cub.
They jump into the helicopter, with Mia in the pilot's seat. Matthew is a little jealous that Mia gets to fly, but eventually admits that it was a flawless take off, with a little persuasion. Mia points out that the helicopter is a little smelly. She blames it on Matthew not showering, only to discover that the source of the smell is Matthew's tuna fish sandwich, from a week ago.
This gives Mia the idea of checking the river for the cub.
When they get to the river they spot the bear cub jumping on the bridge. When the cub jumps several of the logs fall away, dropping the cub into the river as well. The cub manages to climb onto a rock, but still needs rescuing. Matthew gets onto the stretcher and tells Mia to lower him slowly. However, Mia pulls too hard on the lever and drops him straight into the river. When she pulls him back up she flies him over to the rock and gently lowers the stretcher. Matthew reaches out to the cub and it jumps on to the stretcher.
Mia and Matthew bring the bear cub back to his mother at the base. Matthew says that Mia's piloting was flawless, but that her stretcher could use a little work. Mia remarks that she may have simply been serious about Matthew needing a bath, making everyone laugh.
