Mia's horse, Bella, is brilliant at jumping, though she's often a bit nervous - luckily Mia can usually calm her. As soon as she saw the cute chesnut brown foal, Mia fell in love with her. Ever since then, Bella and Mia have been best friends.
At first Bella felt nervous in her new home at Heartlake Stables, but Mia made her feel safe. Now, Bella is eight years old and thinks she is the luckiest horse in the world!
Mia thinks that she and Bella were destinated to be together! Mia's grandmother rode a horse related to Bella.
