Brad is the head of the student council at Heartlake International High School.

Brad is strict, pushy and bossy at times, but he means well, he just wants the things to be in a certain way for the school. especially when he just wanted things to be in a certain way to please Principal Hale. He is an egotistical student, but can be nice when need to and he cares about the school.
He has a LARP (Live action role-play) group with our students in the school as seen in the episode: Decisions, Decisions which Olly offers to make new costumes for.
