Ambersands Beach is not just great for sunbathing, it is also home to one of Heartlake City's most famous residents, Bubbles the turtle. He is nearly 80 years old, which is not unusual for a turtle, and he lives beneath a shady palm tree.

Bubbles is very wise and visitors to the beach often tell him their problems. When Olivia couldn't master surfing at first, Bubbles listened and nodded his head. She must keep trying!

Bubbles loves to explore the sea. He once found a clamshell with a pearl inside!
