He currently works as a waiter in the Drifting Diner.
He is seen working in Olivia's Cupcake Café in season 2, though it is not clear whether or not he still works at the Drifting Diner.
He is also the delivery truck driver for the Cupcake Cafe.
Dean is also a member of the Shadow Group, and appears to be friends with fellow members Dottie and Ethan.
He is also well aware of Dottie's racing history, including her friendship and feud with Hazel.
