Dottie is a recurring LEGO Friends character.

Dottie was the 5 time winner of the Heartlake City Go-Kart Grand Prix until her best friend tried to drive her go-kart and destroyed most of the internal components, leaving only the bodyshell intact.
This accident caused their friendship to end.
It is eventually revealed that the former friend is Hazel, who was the Pit Crew Manager for Dottie's racing team at the time. The girls manage to convince them to give up their feud and renew their friendship in "Together Again".
She currently owns and runs the Drifting Diner.
Dottie and her grandson are members of the Shadow Group.
The Drifting Diner is their secret headquarters. She appears to be friends with fellow Shadow Group member, Dean, who also works as a waiter at the Drifting Diner.
When the girls were having trouble training to be better go-kart racers, they asked Dottie to become one of their coaches.

- In the animated series, she is generally referred to as Dottie Rae. It's her full name.
- The animated version differs from her mini-doll by not having glasses and wearing a leather jacket, rather than a leather vest. The birthmark on her cheek is also absent from her mini-doll.
- She named her go-kart George. There is a number 17 on George.
- Dottie's nickname is Zoombug in the Grand Prix when she was the girls' age.
- When she was younger, Dottie's hair was dark brown. The person standing near Dottie in the picture had lilac-coloured hair. That could be Hazel.
- According to an issue of LF Magazine from early 2022, Dottie and Nora are friends since highschool. Their graduation is said to be 50 years ago so we can assume they both are 68 years old.
- Dottie is the first elderly mini doll (Marcel being the second)
- Dottie and Dean clearly don't like Dr. Alvah, since they are booing her in Explorer's Day.
