Franco is a minor LEGO Friends character. He is yet to appear in any sets.

Franco is Heartlake City's tough guy, a borderline anarchic brute of low intelligence.
Despite being mildly aggressive, he's not really that intimidating or dangerous.
Sometimes he's even nice, like when he told Stephanie her baking was so good, she should enter the televised baking contest being hosted by Wink Smiley.
He is friends with Martin and they often go fishing together.
Franco has a pet puppy Apollo, whom he entered into the Heartlake Dog Show.
Apollo won a special prize for most destructive dog and celebrated his victory by biting the trophy in half.
He also owns a bulldog named Crusher in the webisode "Skater Dogs".

- In "Getting the Message" the back of his jacket has an image of Crusher on it.
- Franco is voiced by Chris Hackney in the pre-reboot LEGO Friends TV series.
- Chris Hackney also voices Ethan in the LEGO Friends: Girls on a Mission series.
