Nova is one of the new characters in the 2023 wave. She is an internet celebrity, with over 3 million followers, but struggles to make real life friends. Her streaming channel has over five hundred thousand followers, her online handle in the gaming community is well-known, and she gets tons of likes and comments on pretty much everything she posts. By contrast, Nova is a bit of a loner in reality. She’d rather watch super scary thriller horror films instead of whatever popular sitcom everyone else is talking about in school, and her deadpan sense of humor and overall blunt personality means she comes off as rude or mean to people who don’t know her well. In reality, Nova is much softer on the inside than her prickly exterior, and she is a thoughtful person, and very eager to help, especially if it’s a problem involving any techy stuff. In episode 1, Nova is seen to have had a small clash with Aliya. Aditi & Matilde both lose a game to Nova and ask her how she is always number 1. Unaware that they are talking about gaming, competitive Aliya believes they are talking in general terms arguing she is always No: 1. Elsewhere, Nova seems to be sarcastic towards Aliya when talking about Principal Hale. At the end of ep 1 though, Nova appears to congratulate Aliya on becoming head girl.
In episode 1, Nova is made in charge of social media for the Welcome To School Festival.
In episode 4, Nova tries to create a successful video game to be at the top of the leader board, Autumn's video game is more successful than hers.
