Sophie or Aunt Sophie or Dr Sophie is Heartlake City's veterinarian. She's so caring and kind, and always has time for a chat and a cup of tea.
Busy Sophie was surprised to find that she enjoyed a day at the Shopping Mall spa. She now likes to book a relaxing facial or manicure on her rare days off.

She has a husband Henry and a daughter Ola, who is just a newborn baby (as shown in Heartlake Hospital set).
Appearance[]
Sophie has straight dark-saddle brown hair, wearing a turquoise vet-like uniform and pink skirt and white shoes. In Heartlake Vet, she wears the same outfit of her original appearance, with light nougat hand and legs. She also wears a turquoise pillbox hat.
In the Heartlake Shopping Mall, she wears a white turban, white skirt, bright red-violet shirt, white blazer with bright red-violet buttons and purple shoes. She also wears a mask clay.
Personality[]
Sophie is a kind, caring and beautiful vet who works at the Animal Center. Sophie does not have any children until the episode Rabbitouille, where she is pregnant, (in the end of the episode Stephanie hands her the certificate). Also, in the webisode RoboByeBaby she is in the hospital. In the webisode right after that she already has a baby.
But in the episodes, Sophie is pregnant in the twenty-first episode, “I Told You So”. In the episode after that, she has her baby.
Fun Facts[]
- Sophie, Ewa, Katharina, Liza and Sienna are the only other characters, besides Stephanie herself, who use Stephanie's 2012-2017 face.
