Wally was first introduced in the episode Dive In, where he causes Andrea to have a accident by damaging her inflatable raft.
He is as an employee of Big Ed's Hot Chocolate Stand.
but she is completely unaware of this, as she thinks he's just being friendly.
In Stay Cool at the Pool, he kept trying to do the Polar Bear challenge to impress Andrea, even mentioning her by name as his motivation.
